Additional file storage

Each plan includes 5 GB (1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes). The time-weighted average of usage above 5 GB over the calendar month is rounded up to whole GB and billed at EUR 1 including VAT per GB for the previous month. The billing timezone is Europe/Ljubljana. This also applies to annual plans. Billing starts only after acceptance; deleting files reduces future usage, not past usage. Backup copies and temporary report ZIP files are not charged.

To prevent fake accounts, we record the registration time, IP address, connection IP, browser and language information, and approximate country when a trusted source is available. These registration security details are accessible only to administrators, kept for 90 days and then removed by daily cleanup. We do not collect MAC addresses or device fingerprints.
