Rules for responsible use of HVAC.TOP on the web and Android, and how to report abuse.
Effective from: 27 September 2026
This policy forms part of the HVAC.TOP terms and applies to all accounts, including private records, photos, attachments, signatures, PDF reports, email, shared links and support requests. The service is intended for lawful HVAC business work. Users must have authority to upload and share their content and must respect the rights of customers and other people.
Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual services, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate images, including manipulated images, are prohibited. Content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse, sexualisation of minors, grooming or trafficking is strictly prohibited. These rules also apply to private uploads and messages.
Do not upload graphic violence or gore, promote terrorism or violence, threaten, bully, blackmail or harass people, or incite hatred or discrimination. Do not publish private information to intimidate or endanger someone. Relevant technical photographs of equipment or damage are allowed if they do not contain prohibited material.
Only process personal data needed for the job and on a lawful basis. Do not disclose passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. Avoid capturing unrelated people or documents in photographs. Do not upload stolen documents or violate copyright, confidentiality or other rights.
Impersonation, phishing, forged measurements, signatures or consent, scams, illegal trading and unsolicited bulk messages are prohibited. Send reports only to authorised recipients and check addresses before sending. Do not use the service to facilitate criminal activity.
Malware, unauthorised access, attempts to bypass account isolation or limits, and attacks on availability are prohibited. Scanning, penetration and load tests require prior written permission. Do not misuse another person's credentials or use the platform to copy or train competing systems without the provider's permission. Report suspected security vulnerabilities privately.
Anyone, including a person without an account, can report violations or security concerns to info@vercod.com. Include the relevant link or record identifier, a short explanation and, if available, the date and affected account. Provide contact details if you want a reply. Do not send passwords or forward illegal sexual material; identify its location instead. Contact the competent emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
The provider, VERCOD, upravljanje spletnih portalov, d.o.o., reviews reports and may request further information. Depending on severity, it may warn the user, restrict sharing or access, remove prohibited content or suspend or terminate the account. Urgent protective action may precede notification. Relevant evidence may be preserved and provided to competent authorities where legally justified. Access to content for review is limited to authorised persons and what is necessary.
To dispute a measure, write to info@vercod.com with the decision reference, reasons and relevant supporting information. The provider will review the explanation and communicate the outcome, subject to legal or security restrictions. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Removal from HVAC.TOP cannot recall emails or copies already downloaded by recipients. Retention and deletion are governed by the privacy policy and applicable law. This policy does not mean that every upload is checked in advance or that automatic content classification is provided.
